Annual and Fiscal Surveys

WHA Information Center's Web-based survey submission tool for the Annual Survey of Hospitals is nearly ready for beta testing. We're confident that survey submitters will be pleased to be rid of the 28-page hard-copy document. But we still want your feedback. We are looking for a few hospital personnel who are willing to test the system and comment on the functionality of the survey collection tool.
