The annual WIpop Training will be provided in a virtual format this year. We plan to offer in-person sessions in 2026. This annual training helps facilities understand statutory requirements for submitting discharge data to the WHA Information Center (WHAIC). The condensed virtual format provides an overview of data collection standards, reporting requirements, and recent updates to submission processes. Participants will also have an opportunity to share experiences and ask questions.

• Review of submission, edit, validation, and affirmation processes
• Updates to race and payer data collection
• Enhancements to redesigned WIpop website and new login options
• How WHAIC uses the data provided
